Welcome to the Original Providence Community website.
Providence is located in Windermere, Florida at the intersection of Winter Garden - Vineland Road (CR 535) and Ficquette Reams Road. The community is located on the west bank of Little Lake Sawyer and includes 217 homes.
The community features a beautiful entrance with fountain, 3 ponds, community pool, cabana, kids playground, bicycle path, lakefront community park with gazebo and BBQ grill at Little Lake Sawyer. Most homes were built by Morrison Homes with custom built homes on the lakefront built by premier homebuilder Waterside Homes, as well as Royal Palm Custom Homes and RL Gordon Company.
For the status of the CR 535 - Ficquette Road expansion, view the map at the left tab and view the text in the Documents tab. In reviewing the map, Providence was formerly referred to as the Center Bridge neighborhood.
